Stores like Home Depot and Wal Mart that refund immediately without a receipt do a serious DISservice to the other businesses in the area. It is part of an entitlement mentality that is as infectious as any disease. Word gets out and then every customer with a gripe, legitimate or otherwise...

It is a curious thing.... I'm seeing a wide disparity here....Those like me that bought something IN stock had no problems but the customers that had a return or a defective part had to deal with a customer service department that is either woefully understaffed or just incompetent.

I have made a few orders with this company and did NOT have any troubles. Every company relies on their employees to make the business run. Sometimes a single POS employee can affect the buying experiences for many, many people. With the trouble that ALL businesses are having attracting quality...

I also suggest against buying condoms from Harbor Freight. They are way too small and don't last. They do have a good return policy though.

The management of these businesses probably don't know about stuff like this. I blame a few bad apples that never get called out.

People, you need to realize that they are a retail business, much like the local grocery store. They make nothing themselves. Everything they sell is made by an outside vendor and they have to take the word of that vendor that the parts are correct. I doubt that they inspect the parts or ever...

Worst experience ever? Really? Your life is so great that THIS qualifies as the worst experience that you have ever had? Bankrupcy? No. Wife cheating on you? No. Terrible disease? Kids with deformities? No....My order for a car part wasn't handled well. :nutkick:
