    Love the pneumatic wheels. She would be nice and smooth to push around. I have scaffolding wheels on mine and she is easy to push around. I can only imagine how nice yours would be.

    What makes you think there was a spacer? All the correct bracing/ brackets there?

    Oh yeah forgot to mention. The carriage bolt has those flats right under the head right? To keep them from turning.

    Here you go Dave. No spacer, just the bolts. Same kind at each end. 10-4 1/4 20 carriage bolt little longer than 1/2 inch 0.625 Zinc Keps nut 1/4 20 nut and washer attached together. Phosphate

    Oh maybe if memory serves me correct, about 25-30 lbs. Never thought of it at the time. But that was ALL of it. It was a two hander to swing it in the dumpster. lol

    Would a needle scaler be to aggressive on body metal?? I have never used one but it looks like it would do some damage. Just asking.

    Took me more that a few hours. Using a propane torch, couple of different putty scrapers, wire brush and some red scotch pads plus the kitchen spoon. But by the time I was done I had filled a five gallon bucket full.

    Use a kitchen table spoon to scrape the wheel wells. It seems to be the perfect shape. Along with the propane torch. Don’t let the misses know. lol

    Thanks Richard! Appreciate the effort. I have a pretty good right up from here I printed off years ago to help me try and put them on properly. Second opinion will never hurt. Oh well I imagine with a little massaging the grill will look Great!
