I can sympathize. Twice I left Tucson early on a Saturday morning headed to Phoenix to look at a craigslist B Body only to be called half way there, or almost there and told the seller took a deposit. Don't get frustrated. The chase is part of the fun (supposedly).

Welcome. I agree with price inconsistencies. Some cars are over priced and that makes the market confusion. My opinion is any B Body mopar under 40 grand is far from perfect. The asking price here seems reasonable, but keep your expectations in check.

My brother is always telling me how low cost labor is there. You could probably have the suspension rebuilt, motor rebuilt, car painted, and new interior for about $120 in labor. I guess parts is your only real expense?
