TTI shows 2 part numbers One is 2.5 inch and the other is 3.0 inch. But for B and RB so I think you are safe I had to edit this because I goofed on the part numbers.

Everyone will say TTI they are really nice but there are others out there. I guess it really depends on how much you plan to pay for headers. TTi are up there in price and on the lower end Summit Racing branded headers are around 200.00. Ease of installation is to install them from under the...
Expect to ding them near the steering box. Pretty sure those are the same ones I put on the Road Runner. But that's not the same as your Coronet. Hopefully you don't have to ding them in.
I have used thermal socks and other heat shield type crap. I guess its the luck of the draw. Both types failed but I guess some people have better luck.
I believe the headers in the end would put out more HP but like everyone else said count how many burned up plug wires you get and the cost of replacing them. Is it really worth the HP gain? I guess to some yes. But to others the reliability wins hands down.

Ahh a unibody car.. Hey lets cut out the integrity of the front end and stuff some goofy headers in there.. The picture you posted shows what butcher job they did installing those headers. Unless you are building a drag car I'd stay away from them. But to each his own.
