Not seeing a switch on a 69..
Well there were no SuperBee convertibles.. So it would be a Defrost switch... But if you've ever looked at one of those switches the toggle lever is labeled defrost on one side & "Top" on the other...
I don't know if Mopar made a rally dash bezel with a switch location in 69-70... I'm thinking it was a toggle mounted in the upper panel...
I know in 68 they did..
Turn Signal switches.... Aftermarket ones are mostly junk... Every now and then someone gets a good one but I'm not a fan of taking my chances... Correct original 68-69 A & B body switches are hens teeth... The Non-tilt C body switches pop up and can be used, bolt in part... Just has a few...

I believe the vent window pivot shaft is 5/16 which is .312... The hole in these wave washers is .330
The pin is a roll pin... I don't know the dimensions...

As others have mentioned, the days of parting 68 Chargers are mostly in the past... A rough/rusty 68 4 dr could probably provide whatever hardware you need.... None of our business but rough 68 Chargers are bringing 15K or more so unless your wallet is liquid cooled I'd plan to sourcing your...
There's an end play spec., it's actually fairly wide as specs go... I think a standard snap ring would suffice... The standard thickness in the diameter range is .042..
Any Napa's around? It's a snap ring, not a thrust washer or anything more specialized... Snap rings are generic... I have a few snap ring assortments that would have what you need if you were closer... Good Luck, hope you get it taken care of...
