Okay, I took the time to scrub the deck lid...
I just went & looked at a bunch of photos... And your right... probably better than 60% of 440's & Bee's appear to have the trim... I thought it was across the board since back in the 70's my neighbors 68 Coronet 440 didn't have it...
Those Coronet doors also fit Plymouth.... The doors are the same.... But they are 68 only due to the inside lock knob location... Though folks have been known to weld up holes & relocate the knobs...
