    I would be concerned about how much airflow is effected by your drop base design.... It looks like most of the element is blocked... I would at least try modifying the sides to taper down to expose more element to airflow...

    Who ever made that tool is brilliant, it gives you leverage but is small enough for the space you have to work in, it gives you a way to pull the lock out of it's hole... Just a great tool for what can be a dangerous job.. It was easy when I was younger but now I get hurt easier & heal much...

    seeking information on parts interchange 1967 coronet 4 door

    All the front sheet metal & the deck lid interchange.. Windshield stuff doesn't, the four door glass is more upright, the two door glass is laid back a little.. Not much metal was reproduced for the 66-67...

    the tank is intended for efi so the supply and return connections are both 1/4" npt, if I were using it the efi pump is rated at 340 lph at 60 psi.. Instead currently I am drawing fuel through the return side which I modified to draw from the bottom of the tank and have the pump discharge plugged...

    Also some tachs have a wire loop in the wire harness, it the loop is left intact it's calibrated for a 6 & if you cut the loop it's set up for a V8..

    If you have access to another tach connect it & compare the readings... The Sun could be set up for a six cylinder... Or just wrong...
