Looks to me like a weld bead around the torque box around the torsion bar not a good sign I would have to check the entire bottom for any repairs before even thinking about it just a small misalignment of any of the suspension parts can be a real headache
Warm the oil you put into the cylinder up, make it pretty warm but don’t burn it. Pull the oil pan and use a wooden dowel to tap on the piston if it doesn’t loosen up in a couple of weeks. When you take the pan off you will be able to see if the bottom is rusty and if the oil you put in is...
You should be happy, OP, my rip-off was 10 years, half done amateur and 5 times that just to get out of jail. Never again. I know a lot of people that shop is nearly out of business. Tell your stories to everyone you know that is in the hobby and clean out the wardens is all I can post.
