I had 2 Boxers when growing up and loved them both as they were great dogs. Later after I married we got a yellow Lab and she was such a sweetheart. But Labs and Boxers are my favorite breeds now. Ron
I had a Yellow Lab I lost almost 3 years ago when she was 12-1/2 and her hips gave out. I also think about her everyday even though I have 3 dogs now that I love so much. But she was a special girl who loved everyone and was such a sweet loving Lab. I still miss her a ton. Ron
So sorry to hear this. I love my dogs as they are family and they make everyday for me happier. I lost my sweet Yellow Lab 2 years ago this month and it was one of the hardest days of my life. It tore my heart out as she was 12-1/2 years old and her hips gave out. I broke down at the vets...
I agree with this. You have to understand that ported vacuum is still manifold vacuum once it comes in all the way. Its just not applied at idle if you use it that way. Both can work as so much depends on the build and what you and your eng like. I usually prefer ported but in some setups...
I have been a member for close to 20 years. I still post some but not as much as I used to. No real reason for it other then many of my family and friends post on Facebook so I check there more now and just don't have the time to post many other places. Just like here I like to post but don't...
Yes I went to a local cruise spot Saturday night and about 10 cars showed up. We parked with at least one parking space between the cars and were careful not to get to close to each other. It sure felt good to take a nice ride in my 63. I have the new MSD ign and the new 100 amp internal...
I can look it up in my Darrell Davis books as I have his 63 and 64 Max Wedge Plymouth books. Off the top of my head I know they built 1196 Max Wedge 63 Plymouths. 72 of the Super Stock II's were made and 40 were built with the aluminum front end. Mopar built another 10 aluminum front ends...
I checked and Muscle Car Review has gone away as no more paper issue's. They said they will back pay me since I had a subscription until Nov this year when mine ran out. The only paper mag left I get is Hemmings Muscle Machines. Ron
I also love getting the mag so I can read it anywhere like waiting in the doctor's office. I always take my own car mag in because they never have any good mags that I like. That said I do get Mopar Muscle along with Hemmings Muscle Machines and Muscle Car Review. Myself I like the Hemmings...
In 64 the Max Wedge cars had the same scoop as my 63 and the Hemi cars usually got the Hemi scoop like on my brothers 64 Fury here. It does not dip in the middle like the Max Wedge scoop. Either is correct on a 64 car and of course you can put any scoop you like on your car no matter what the...
My self I love the look with the factory scoops. Going by what Mopar did on my 63 the Max Wedge scoop was the only one the factory offered in 63 so I went with a factory size Max Wedge scoop on my 63 Sport Fury. Ron
I did the same for my girl Alley my yellow Lab. My son could not stay in the room and had to go outside but I held her and hugged her until the end as I wanted her to see a loving face until the end also. The worst day of my life by far. Ron
