I have the TTI 2" headers and the full 3" exh on my 63 out the back of the car. It fit great and the headers never hit. Been on my car 10 years and still going strong. Ron

The only thing I can tell you is I run 2" TTI headers and their 3" exh with an X-pipe out the rear of the car. And everything fit perfect. Good luck with yours as I do agree the Dougs headers and TTI's seem to look alot alike. Ron

On my old 440 in my 63 Sport Fury I ran 1-3\4 Headman headers and they worked good. I believe they were only around $300 dollars but I have not priced them lately. I know they are much cheaper then the 2" TTI headers I run now. Just thought it may be something for you to consider. Good luck...

I have been told that evac system into the header collectors wont work very good with a full exh system on the car. So I never tried it on my street car as I just run a PCV system and it works pretty good for the cam I use. Ron

As said the factory Plymouth chrome ext's were oval from the factory. I like the factory look myself but its your car and you have to go with what you like best. This TTI exh on my 63 is just like factory as they had the turndowns just like the system on my car. No chrome ext's in 63. Ron
