67 darts did not have 15” rims. There will be 15” trim rings from newer years that should work and find out depth of your rims. Also check the diameter of the nubs for the center caps.
I would check the information on the rim to find out what you have. Then go to google to find out what...
If you wanted to have good steering in the winter with bias ply tires, you put winter tires on all corners with studs. BFG Trailmakers, and Goodyear Suburbanites, didn’t grip as well in deep snow as Firestone Town and Country. We had 3 cars in the family at the same time, each brand.
Bought a 1992 4Runner, December 91. Wore out the factory tires and put on BFG`All Terrain tires. Bought another set later. Sold the 4Runner in 2012. It had 364,000 kilometres on it. Those tires were good for about 70,000 miles. I can’t complain, maybe just lucky.

I took my chrome centres, from some 14 inch rims and took them to the local wheel/tire shop.
They cut them out and put them into the 15x8 bell with a 4.5 inch backspace.
This cost me about 300.00 US for two rims.
New 15x8 wheels were about 276.00 each.
I did not ask about buying...
Some of the wheels are made off shore, and I have seen some of the problems. If the wheels are made in North America at the right places, that would be the place to source.
If you happen to have some centres around, I would use them.
It was considerably less to have my mine made into...
