All I have are old rusty ones.
The Chrome duplex ones are new. I bought them to mount some 8-lug hurricane wheels on my '68 Truck, but I sold the truck and rims, then found the lugs I special ordered
Good luck. Only 296 R/Ts convertibles built in 1970. 440-4 4-speed only 16 made? (According to Goviers white book), 7 of the 440-6bbl 4-speeds, and 1 hemi 4-speed.
1970 500 convertible production total 924 with only 18 383-4 bbl 4-speed.
Nice car. Sorry I don't extra drivetrain.
Might try Southern Colorado Mopars club. The members will be from that area.

I have the axle housing from my '71 Charger from when I put the Strange S-60 in the car. I sold the center section, but have housing and axles (taper bearings).
Not sure what shipping would cost?

They carry many parts like this, and I think they would have them.

What price range, and does it need to be an R/T?
Asking because there is a guy in our car club selling a '71 Charger. I haven't seen the car but it sounds like it is nice condition and I think the price was very reasonable.
The ad says car was originally was a 318 car, now has a 0.030" over 360...
The wiring harness may be the hardest part. I haven't seen anyone making reproduction harnesses or the switch connectors. On E-Bay Motors just enter 1970 Dodge power window switch. There is a guy selling referbished sets for around $550 with the switch connectors (no harness), but you could...
I looked up the auction results. The Hemi R/T Convertible 4-speed sold for $100,000. If the car is as nice and original as in the description, I think someone got a good deal on the car. Supposed to be 1 of 2 Hemi 4-speed convertible cars?
Good luck finding one at a decent price. Mecum is supposed to be auctioning a Hemi R/T convertible later this month :)

I recommend getting the parts you want by making your own kit.
Larger degree wheels are easier to read, but the small ones can be used with the engine in the car. The center hole needs to be the large one for a Mopar.
1" dial indicator, dosen't need to be an expensive one, even a Harbor...
