Didn't mean to offend anyone....If that's what happened.
None taken, just some friendly advice from another MoPar guy that's gone down that road. I evaluated all the EFI possibilities and found that sequential EFI is superior to TBI in most all aspects of the systems available today. I...
Man sounds like a beast you got there. EFI advice.. go multi-point sequential fuel injection instead of TBI, better fuel distribution for each cylinder, tunability... my 2 cents. It is more work regarding fuel delivery system but worth it.
Good luck brother, it does have a big time WOW factor but probably is as much a pain to tune as a factory setup... but if you have experience tuning a six pac then it should be a walk in the park
Another pussy coward getting his 5 minutes of fame..
WTF. Remember back in the day when men settled their differences a little differently with a good old fashioned *** whipping. Usually nobody died and sometimes a friendship evolves from it. Some of my best friends to this day happened because...
I used Stainless for mine> It's not hard to work with as long as you have a halfway decent bender and flaring tools. Polish them up and they'll look good forever
If I recall all the SS leaf springs I played with had equal thickness leaves. The right side had one extra leaf was all I can remember about them as far as differences between the right and left go.
Sounds like you have yourself some "sacked" springs brother, torsion bars could be in the same...
PTFE and PVC are different animals.
PVC- Polyvinylchloride
PTFE- Polytetrafluoroethylene
I installed the PTFE lines on the Charger, a little tougher to work with than the steel braided rubber lines. Try and avoid really tight bends and you should be fine. PTFE is impervious to the ethanol in...
The suggestions above have merit. Those AFB's are great carbs it's just the fuel bowels are a tad on the small side, thirsty BB can suck one dry in no time. Sounds like fuel starvation during WOT, maybe upgrade to a HV mechanical or electric pump/regulator set up to keep up with demand. Check...
Cal-tracs would be an improvement, help keep the pinion wrap up in check. You could play with your shock settings and check your pinion/drive shaft angles just to be sure their in spec. I've always liked the line loc set up, my finger seems faster than my foot... What tire pressure were you...
Obviously if your looking at something of this nature your not worried about being politically correct, just want to go faster.
Sweet piece and the price isn't out of line, I guess, but with a complete 6.4 long block available running around 9 grand this would make it a tough decision which...
I'm able run Autolite 65's and Taylor wires with 135 degree boots with my TTI headers. Not sure of the pipe routing of the Summit headers but there are lots of ways to keep from smoking your wires
