Follow up, so I called Harold (thanks dpaul63) and gave me a number to the shop of the guy who owned it 3 owners back. So I called and the owner passed away (at I knew from previous research) but a buddy at the shop remembered the car and send me pics circa 92.
Where the car came from, or wheres the orginal drive train etc..I do know it was owned by a police officer in Huntsville who later quite his job to operate a restoration shop. Sadly, he died in Oct 2010 from cancer.

Car was purchased 20 years ago in Huntsville AL. Y2, vinyal top, hemi 4 speed. Originally a lynch road car, no build sheet any information would be awesome. WM23J9A219658. I'm restoring it and trying to find the history as the orginal driveline is gone and was replaced with a 67 hemi and trans.
