That J-nut is so wasted, it lost it's self tension long ago. Replace them with new J-nuts and they will fit tighter!

I just used WD40 for assembly and will evaporate. Nylon is self-lubricating, so white lithium isn't really needed.

Put them in the arm first, the pivot ball expands them a smidge to keep them in place.

Yes, from the inside to remove, and yes, they just push in from the top. Didn't say it was easy to get to ... :lol:

Use needle nose pliers, tweak the prongs, and pry/pull it out. A prong might break off, or not, but this is pretty much the only way.
