    That J-nut is so wasted, it lost it's self tension long ago. Replace them with new J-nuts and they will fit tighter!

    I just used WD40 for assembly and will evaporate. Nylon is self-lubricating, so white lithium isn't really needed.

    Do you mean AMK Bolts? If you go to their website (isn't working for me atm), and look up the kit for your car. On the right or left side of the kit contents page there is a green camera button, and it will show the hardware, and the list shows the location.

    Not to my knowledge. The hole it there to tighten/loosen the "Z" bar stud nut on a manual trans car.

    Use needle nose pliers, tweak the prongs, and pry/pull it out. A prong might break off, or not, but this is pretty much the only way.
