I got the stiffer cop car reaction springs from Chrysler dealer. It would take me awhile to find the part number though. I still have a few in my tool box out in the shed.
It looks to me like the whole weight of the rear of car is supported by that upper shock bolt. It sure looks like the whole upper shock mount needs stiffening. It reminds me of the original shock crossmember getting a beating from using air shocks.

When you align the front suspension you want to have positive caster. Try to get at least 2 degrees positive caster.
Having the car jacked up in rear doesn't help either. It makes so you need to find more adjustment than original upper control arms can allow, to get that positive caster
I rebuild my own power steering gears and put the thicker reaction springs in that I believe the cop cars got. It really takes away that light steering feel.
