The arm rest pads are supposed to be 9 inch long for fronts and rears. The rears have the ash trays in them. The front bases are longer for the handle opening. 13 inch long front arm rest pads were that I know of, in C-bodies, Chargers, and 67 GTX .
The car originally would have had 150 mph dash. Correct,that sweep was standard and rallye was optional. Radiator support is welded on, so not a quick easy swap.
Fender tag indicates it originally was a bucket seats and console car. C16 for console and C55 for bucket seats. Who knows what has happened to the car over 50 years.
The gas pedal needs to have a rectangle hole cut of carpet that is supposed to be located in right front corner of heel pad. I feel that is the most important part of laying carpet in place. With the 4-speed hump right next to it, you may have to work with what you got, if heel pad isn't located...

Then your car did originally have 8-track. I look at your radio's chrome face plate and it looks angled with the long lower opening lip. The 68 C- body has the slanted dash face.
