I stand corrected on the J25 option for RR and GTX....thanks for the info. I confused it with 70 Charger models where J25 is optional with several engines.
I am pretty sure 3 speed wipers do not appear on 70 fender tag regardless of assembly plant. Someone else will confirm.
Well.....I am feeling pretty dumb now  based on evidence below.
The original clips are super hard to find. I have seen guys take a piece of flat and tack a very small screw to it. The key is a very shallow head on the screw. Then use an acorn or similar nut from the back side.
This canister above is for 70 cars with A/C. It is not the correct air grabber canister. The AG canister has one bracket with two mounting holes. See photo below.
This is likely the bracket described by Chargervert. After looking at my parts book I do recall this part and I did include in my build. The one bolt he descirbes above is difficult to get at. It passes through the large hole in bottom of bracket. The other two small holes align with the rubber...
I am very familiar with these upper brackets. I am interested in the lower J bracket described above by chargervert. I am not familiar with any lower bracket other than the two main bumper supports that tie frame. Hoping we can see photos of the mysterious J brackets.
I would love to see the above described "J" brackets as well. I have a 70 Charger and assume they are missing. I parted a couple of these cars and do not recall encountering them.
Here is a bit of help: https://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/threads/70-gtx-air-grabber-switch-location.94201/

The oval cut out in dash you mention is the area where the reverse lamp and seat belt lamps are installed. The a/g switch has it's own cutout as mentioned.
