I have a 18.5" fan
has no part numbers.
Has a H on the front fan side, as well as a "front" stamped.
back side has "TX1" stamped.

Also- did you clean all the places the stainless lines screw into very well before installing ?
clean mating surfaces are important.
Also be aware that stainless lines going into old brass blocks is a receipt for a mess.
they never seat well and usually end up having to muscle them hard to stop...
Is the carb brand new or something you have a used previously ?
You may need to change some items to work with the engine build-

my original hood has no holes drilled for the emblem.
curiously enough, it was ordered with hood pins but the are ZERO signs they were ever drilled and installed.
Hood and fenders are the originals with all original paint.

My 70 GTX was ordered without the hood stripe.
Would it still have had the 440+6 sticker on each side?
Also -
on the backside by the window - what callout is located in the recessed area - 440 or 440+6 ??
and last question
on the front of the hood - is the PLYMOUTH trim emblem...
soon as the engine starts, there will be enough vacuum to activate the choke pull-off and the choke plate will open slightly.
raise the rpms and it will open further.
I believe it needs to be fully closed but soon as the car fires off, the choke pull-off will crack the plate about an 1/8 of an inch.
there is an adjustment rod to set the gap with.
if you live in a very warm climate - the cold choke set like in the picture will likely work ok.
every sixpack car I have owned needs a good 3-4 pumps on the gas pedal in the cold weather to get started.
if the choke sets - this will work.
like everyone above said - if it sits for serial days, then crank it a couple times to load the center carb.
