    Chromed Oval Air Cleaner Lid?

Maybe I could help you free up some wall space, haha. Only need the lid though, as I need a 440 Base.

    Chromed Oval Air Cleaner Lid?

Yeah, that looks really nice. Looking for aftermarket re-pops that go for $400-$500 or so and hoping one of the companies has a chrome lid option. Thought I would get more feedback on the supply base in a general post than in a WTB. But you’re right, maybe someone has one they will part with...

    Chromed Oval Air Cleaner Lid?

Looking to buy an aftermarket Air Grabber Oval air cleaner, with oval chrome top and single 4bbl base with 440 drop. If anyone can point me to a vendor I would appreciate it.

Looking for a source for Unibody Front End Lifting Tool

Good stuff. Do you know about what height you had the k-frame attachment points off the ground? I had originally been thinking as low as possible, but it just occurred to me that I wont have any upward adjustment on the dolly so the k-frame needs to off the ground a fair bit to meet the car.

Looking for a source for Unibody Front End Lifting Tool

Haha. Looks like you did some rough things to your body along the way: 2 rotator cuff repairs, both upper biceps detached, 2 cervical fusions, replaced left knee joint, carpal tunnel repair, heart ablation, and a bad lower back. I ant't done yet!

Thanks for the encouragement. Bumper and brackets are off, so definitely would bolt to frame rail.

Thanks for thinking about this Fran. I like it. That could indeed do the trick.

Looking for a source for Unibody Front End Lifting Tool

I was just having this discussion with a buddy. Only concern might be the force of pulling the two sides in towards each other without the k-frame tying the the two sides together. A spreader bar of the correct width could fix that. I also suppose the reason the US Car option has the long arms...

Looking for a source for Unibody Front End Lifting Tool

I want to purchase the Front End Lifting Tool from US Car Tool, but all out of stock from them directly. Anyone know where I might be able to locate one? http://store.uscartool.com/uni-lift-unibody-front-end-lifting-tool.html Any thoughts on achieving the same result in another manner (I...

    70 RR Floorpan Install Question

That is awesome that you went and measured that for me, greatly appreciated. I will absolutely use those numbers to make sure I am in the right ballpark. Thanks again.

    70 RR Floorpan Install Question

The sag in the unsupported area is exactly what I am talking about, thanks for explaining it better than I did. So your method is what I did upon initial fitment and I was wondering if there was a reference point to know when the amount of hump jacking (that sounds all wrong) is enough. Sounds...

    70 RR Floorpan Install Question

Thank a for the responses. I have already fit the pans and pulled them back out to drill the holes for plug welding. What I noticed was with the three pieces of floorpan coming together, I could influence the height from the floor at that point considerably. Felt to me like with a jack...

    70 RR Floorpan Install Question

I leveled the car and supported it prior to cutting out the full floorpan and rear footwells. What I did not do was take reference shop floor to floorpan measurements at different locations. When mocking up the new AMD 3 piece floor (full front and LH/RH Footwells), it seems like getting the...
