I had to replace a heater core in my 68 Sport Satellitte way back in the day. It was an AC car. Like roadrunnerh said above. It can be done without removing the whole dash frame, just the stuff in the way....
This a small block? I'm not sure, but something don't look right. I don't think there should be 3 heater hoses. Are you sure one of those ports isn't for the temperature sending unit? Just guessing, as it's hard to really tell whats going on from your picture.
The sixties Mopar big block lower rad hoses were usually on the driver side. But I believe the 318 cars had it on the passenger side. I once parted out a 1975 Dodge police car with a 440, and am pretty sure it had the lower rad hose on the passenger side. Maybe someone put a later model water...
