    Without some pics this is just going to be a spitball figure. No 4 speed, no console, has documented milage, one repaint, fender tag, build sheet, window sticker, and an R/T. Put it all together and guess would be 35-45 depending on metal condition and interior condition.

    Just beware: Really good primer work can make really bad body work look really good. Your 15K doesn't sound off base to me. The work that is going to show can get very expensive very fast. Interior and exterior. Good luck with the negotiations!
