Who makes the tallest 14” tire? Also 15” bias street slick on a 7” rim (4-speed) both to fit in a 66 b-body wheel well? Looking at all options.

That might be what I need for my 66, 68 Dana = 5/16 more to the outside so the 6” backspace should work. Might just buy the centers and rim unwelded, steel and small cap. I have a Goodyear 30-9-15 slick and 7” rim under it for now, fits ok. A little close up front at the edge with the stock...

Of course my tire guy here in town charges $5 a tire to remove a tire. $8 to remove then mount and balance new tire. That’s fair in my book. The older you are the more you see this...

He offers both ways, he makes (will sell you) the centers only, or he can send the centers out to two different guys on the west coast to make the rims for a finished product. Talk to him for more info

was a 15” rim made with the 9-3/4 nubs? I have the later small nubs and the larger ones. I want to use the poverty caps off my 66 Belvedere and they are the 9-3/4 size.
