I’m in the process of getting my Tic Toc Tach hooked up but the shop where my car is doesn’t know where the black wire with a gray tracer goes, any idea? There’s 3 wires, a blue, gray with red tracer and the black wire with gray tracer. Any type of help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess now that I have both the harness & msd Tach adapter do I need to install a circuit board for a brand new Tach I just purchased?

Is the circuit board conversion necessary if you have the harness and tach adapter or is this a must in order for it to work with the other pieces? The Tach is brand new

I just reached out to Evans Wiring for a harness so I’m going to purchase that from them.

Is that the only thing that’s needed or would I also have to get the tach adapter & harness?

i have a 68 Charger that came with just a clock with the rallye gauge cluster. I’m in the process of replacing the clock with a tic toc tach and wondering if I will also need a tach adapter since I’m running a msd 6AL ignition system? And if so which adapter should I go with? Forgot to mention...
