A 4 pin ignition box will work on a 5 pin system w/ dual ballast resistor.
A 5 pin ignition box will not work on a 4 pin system w/ single ballast resistor.
All factory style ignition boxes must be grounded to function.
It's got one hell of a body lift kit on it, I'm guessing the cab still has the small tunnel from when it was 2wd.
Can't tell what transfer case it has, hopefully not the full-time 4wd one and it has lockout hubs up front.
Looks like dana 60's front and rear, probably 4.10 gears in it.
I suspect the quality of the shoe has changed in the last 20 years.
Have you ever tried a set of insoles?
Although any type of insert is going to inherently make the shoe feel narrower, but it might take pressure off of one area and transfer it to another.
A grand is a little steep but fair as long as its not locked up from sitting.

Put a half of a shot glass of straight antifreeze in the fluid, that way if or when you do get water in the unit it won't freeze. The antifreeze wont hurt anything inside an E47 but water will.
The springs (p/n dcc-4452983 and 982) that Mopar sells suck. They are supposed to be heavy duty, well they're not, my car actually sat about a half inch lower than the stock 53 year old springs they replaced. I had to pull them off, take them apart and re-arch them.
Desoto hemis are the least popular of the first gen engines, very little speed parts out there for them and just as pricey if not more to rebuild. But still a hemi nonetheless.
It's a pretty easy job as long as you have the right tool to release the tension on the timing chain. The hardest part of that job will be getting the upper intake off.
Basically a small Mercedes with different sheetmetal and a cheaper feeling interior. They are pretty quick and nimble though, as far as travelling in one it's a small 2 seater with a very small trunk.
