I know I have posted my car here but I could not resist after becoming aware of these shots by Johnny Hunkins from Hot Rod Mag. This was at Spring Fling track Day.
I was out for a drive and came across this field of mustard. Could not resist trying to get an interesting contrast shot. I wanted to get closer but wasn't willing to go "off roading" so this had to do.
It is the same with me on an entirely different product...seems everybody's house I go talk about remodeling to was" built by the developer/contractor for himself. Sure was a hell of a lot of those kind of guys around back in the day!
Dude....I ended up going to Napa Auto parts and finding the closest clip I could to an original. I then had to "modify" them to fit in the trim but it worked. This AFTER I bought what was supposed to be the correct clip from Mr Moparts when I was at Spring Fling. I am talking about the trim on...
Whata beauty! If the body and trim are really good be thankful. The suspension will be a piece of cake and one HELL of a lot less money to deal with, plus, it will happen a LOT faster than having to do the body/paint also.
Obvious question....Description says car has been painted Go Mango yet all the pics are purple? Why not show the car painted Go Mango if it really is????
Can someone please post a pic of their weatherstrip application. I could actually install this two ways and I don't want to get it upside down
Thanks.....I am almost done! Lots of little **** now
Got it back in 2 weeks as promised...well an extra 2 days because of the 20 degree temps we had.
