The short answer is no. The casting # on the carrier designates the ring and pinion set it requires. You'll won't have to worry about the 1 3/8 pinion until you buy a set of slicks.
I believe he's known for being "not fast," but he does good work. Took a year for my buddy's 66 Charger headlight motors.
Edit - that delay might have been a bit on my friend also.
I have a thumbwheel version in my Charger. It was a bit involved setting the depth and dial spacing - as the thumbwheel brackets bolt on in slotted channels. I was mildly annoyed, as B body thumbwheel radio footprint is standard. The brackets flex too much. Also a snug fit in my AC car.
The little recessed handle to make lifting it off easier. I had something similar on my 71 Fury wagon. Really tricky to find. I'd try Murray Park in Ohio. He's mostly C bodies, but maybe you'll get lucky. A 66 parts book to see if anything else used it would be a help.
