I’d recommend a carter carb tuning book and a tuning kit.. New fuel is terrible to run in our cars. Off idle can be tricky and may or may not be a lean condition..

Freight price are soaring too I was told that by the guys at ECS when I took an hour drive to pick up some goodies.. actually he quoted doubled! So you may go for a drive and get what you need, and save some coin!

I think it would be highly beneficial to get the right year of roof. No sense in killing yourself only to make it work.. I know guys in Mo. that have many of this year of cars I’m shocked to hear you can’t find one.. keep looking it will be worth it don’t settle ! Best of luck!

Honestly I rode in a friends 300 and it’s a nice car, not a race car but a nice car.. if you have a decent one fix it keep it nice .. there is some demand for them as they are an affordable alternative and not a fwd car or a new one .. just something different
