If your just looking for a flat black paint and can live without the "correct" paint you can check out SEM "Hot Rod" Black. I used it on my Charger hood, it turned out very nice. Sorry dont have a pic of it.

Saw this Dart at a car show in South Dakota last year. 70 Bee hood grafted on to a Dart. Really liked the way it looked.
I use Malco Rejuvenator on my car, it's one step, no fuss. Works great on old oxidized paint.
