Looks like it might be a '67 by the looks of the limit switch connections. Should be able to unplug the motors and hot wire them with 12V to see if they work. Connector has 3 wires, open, close and ground. The lower trim looks to be in nice shape. Good luck with the sale.

Do they include the motors? If so, the connectors for the motors are different between '66 & '67.

My guess its all about the condition. Your going to include the dash wire harness too?
