I would say with a 440 and a Victor intake you're going to need a scoop. Looks like the Victor is about an 1/2" taller than a Performer RPM. I have a 440 with an RPM and it's tight, had get creative with the air cleaner and kick down linkage.
'66 LL1 original paint (except for L fender) The paint codes were different for all years. Chrysler still used LL1 but the formulas were different. Brother has a '68 Polara in LL1, way different shade.
You can make good power from a low comp 440 and a 509 cam. Just need good heads.

I know the factory 26" rad will fit in where a 22" rad once was. The drivers side mounting holes in core support line up with the factory 26". Have to drill new holes in the passenger side for mounting. You could trim out the hole in the support to make it as wide as the core but its not...

Cousin bought a '66 Coronet and he's debating on wheels and tires. Was thinking of steelies on the rear and some Torque Thrust on the front.

No different size tanks on 66-67 B-bodies. One tank, one sender.
Mine was the opposite, couldn't get the gauge to read with the sender out of the tank, no matter how I grounded the sender. Put it in the tank and it worked. Gauge isn't 100% accurate but its better than nothing.
