    Put your brake lines, brake booster/master cylinder wiper motor in first. That's easier than trying to put that stuff in after the motor is in.

    I have a 1967 Belvedere. The ignition key does not unlock/lock doors, i have an extra key that works the doors, probably because they are new door locks, and not original to the car.

    Could be an issue things moving around on a 2 door hardtop. I replaced the the left front pan, rear footwell, and a small patch on the right front floor pan. My car is 4 door sedan with a rocker to roof b pillar.

    Just take your time with the butt welding process to prevent warping the panel. Allow the weld to cool, and alternate the spots you weld.

    I'm a former body, and fender guy. I can't recommend any butcher job, even though it's temporary. It just needs to be dealt with. Rust never sleeps.

    Those are pretty common, R/ T Specialties, and Partsmix mopar.

    Park on a level surface. I did mine at a large wall at a walmart, used a screwdriver , and adjusted the headlight adjustors. Phillips screw driver is all you need. You should be able to get the lights where you want them.
