Somebody else can add info, but I don't think it matters as long as you use a quality primer, some people stick with the same products from primer to final topcoat for pretty much great results. I would use some type of epoxy/urethane primer, and not go with lacquer based primers because of...
Were the hemi k members different for those years? I realize the 62's had the max wedge 413's, but if doing a gen 2 hemi swap wouldn't the k member also have to be changed? I'm asking because I don't know.
No, i just threw that in about the speaker holes. I just mentioned that because whomever made the PT did a good job. I didn't see where he mentioned the year of car.
I have a 67 B body, and the package tray was installed after the glass was installed. I don't think that a package tray is a critical component to have a perfect fit, and yes the speaker perforations line up just fine.

Great car. Bring her back to life i think the color was something lavender. I noticed in one of your photos another 61 two door h top. Call me crazy, but the front end reminds me of the 11 to 14 Chargers, and where the roof meets the quarter the window area also looks like the same design...
I have the bolt in. I bought them from u s.cartool, they have been discontinued. I put them in my 67 belvedere, it's not a high horsepower drag car. I figured the extra rigidity wouldn't hurt. Btw 383 big block.
Cool dodge. That would be my next project ( maybe ) a 4 door Dodge Coronet. I have a 331 hemi, and the motor mounts, trans mount, and adapter for a small block 727.
Cool car. I have never been a fan of two tone cars. Nothing wrong with the scoop. Me personally I have always liked the sleeper cop car look. Black steelies with dog dish hub caps. I must have been a cop in a former life :)
