I would say yes on the manifolds. I know you dont like to watch, but GYC can learn you a thing or 2 from time to time. Dont paint the oil filter. Thats about the trashiest thing i can think to do

Paint it the color you like. I take it we are not talking about a 1 of a few rare optioned hemi car. Then it would make financial sense to keep it as original as possible. A 383 Road Runner is a super bad *** car, but painting it blue instead of yellow isn't going to effect the reasale price...
