    LS Swapped 69 Charger

Young gun this and that. Cant afford a BBM? Turbo LS swap = $1500? C’mon man. No one seems to have asked how can an 18 year old afford a fairly nice Charger in the first place? This aint the early 90s...? Days of cheap 60s cars are gone, much less 2nd gen Chargers. Turbo’ing LS’s isnt a...

Pro M Racing Sequential Multi Port

Ive used ProM meters in the past on Mustang stuff, but never that system. Id suggest going w/ whatever the guy tuning it recommends since you wont be doing it yourself.

    Sway bars....Solid VS Hollow

Not at all. Copy and pasting all of that will make a reader roll their eyes and move on to the next post...and doesn’t address the original question directly. Also, the polar moment of inertia is calculated differently for a purely circular cross section and whats effectively a tube...

    Sway bars....Solid VS Hollow

Google ‘polar moment of inertia’ - there are some images that show different cross sections and how it’s calculated - then ‘torsional stiffness’ to see how it’s applied. Polar moment of inertia is the variable that no ones really mentioned. If you still have questions, lemme know.

    TKO 500 Install - 1966 Coronet - SST Kit

Great writeup. I just pieced my TKO600 setup together w/ help from SST as I had the trans sitting around from an old turbo’d Mustang I had done years ago. I’m actually at exactly the same stage as you as of your last post, but have had some distractions the last few months hindering my progress...

    Procharged 440?

Excellent score. Jeez...it's not stolen property or anything is it? If you're not planning on using the 5.3 brackets or know anyone that wants it...I may know a few people that might be interested...

    So what happened?

    Procharged 440?

Well, it could be sized inappropriately. I wouldn't put anything smaller than a D1SC on a 440. A good used head unit should go for far more than $250.

    Procharged 440?

The blower should have a dedicated drive belt that is run off of a separate pully that is usually mounted piggyback within the existing crank pully. As for heat shield, use stainless, not aluminum. If you choose to change intake location...your imagination is the limit. Depending on how...

My 1967 Belvedere Convertible Plans and Restoration (aka - Mad Scientist Build)

SOHC and DOHC are different animals, esp if the SOHC is a non-PI engine. Many Mark VIII owners knock down near 30 mpg on the interstate...although it is a great example of aerodynamics done correctly.

My 1967 Belvedere Convertible Plans and Restoration (aka - Mad Scientist Build)

I pulled all the guts out of a Mark VIII (that's why I recognized it) w/ the intent of doing something similar to an F100 I had, but decided against it eventually. Small cube V8, ~300 hp, smooth as silk, good mpgs, and I bought my whole 75,000 mile car for $500 (exterior looked like hell w/...

My 1967 Belvedere Convertible Plans and Restoration (aka - Mad Scientist Build)

I think a driveshaft loop is wise. Depending on how low you intend to have the car and the diameter of that tubing, take into acct where the shaft will land. If interference, you might consider not making of tubing, but getting a pre-fab loop made of plate. As far as inner locating points...
