We drop a lot of B Body gas tanks and have been using Amazon for bulk 5/16" fuel line. The local auto stores also carry and charge by the foot but, the best value is the 20 FT roll through Amazon. Fuel line clamps can be had anywhere but, we also buy those in bulk through amazon or Rock Auto...

Definitely Woodruff carbs. But, it’s generally not hard to buy a rebuild kit and learn a better grasp for what all the internals and set screws do while rebuilding and cleaning. It may also help you in the long run when trying to dial it in.
Power valve could definitely be an issue. Not sure which direction to take you in regarding size. Question: How clean are your metering block airways? Is it possible there’s some interference/ blockages messing with your ability to accelerate?
