    Back to the decals: You can use a super fine tipped Xacto blade to just barely perforate (tiny hole) to let the trapped air out. I work with large format adhesive vinyl graphics at my work. Another trick is to spray the surface with soapy water first, then use a heat gun to dry up any bubbles...
