I think you can use first quarter 65 or even 2nd quarter 65. I think spark plug wires went by actual quarters of the year, like seatbelts.

Correct 62 Dart 330 steering wheel.

I believe the 63 Chrysler steering wheel was round and the 64 was the more rectangular style shown. I haven't seen any rectangular wheels on a B body.

The black out behind the grill is just supposed to cover the grill area, but some got more than others.

It's much easier to install the dash pad before the dash is installed and a real PITA to do when the dash is in, but it can be done. I'm not sure on a 65, but 66-67 console brackets are different between an automatic and 4-speed.
