NO!! never Armor all on anything that you want to last!! Armor all has silicon in it. there are plenty of good products out now that won't harm stuff. (Meguiar's etc..)
When the proper Organasol is applied it actually has little texture (but yes some) and over time and multiple washings it may have reduced the texture even more....
I apologize but I do not have the paint spec available at this time. I have used in the past PPG "HOT ROD BLACK" paint and that is a close match to the original paint.
what you described sounds correct, the holes in the top of the doors are for the chrome trim and the quarter pieces are held on with screw that go into clips behind the window fuzzys so no there is no holes on top of the quarter panel in that area.
