Thanks yes I saw that post. Looking at it more carefully I see the small vent tube does NOT come into the trunk compartment. I do know I need to check which tube is plumbed where in the tank as its an aftermarket.

Looking to install my vent tubes. I see where the longer tube goes through the trunk as seen by the pic. I just don’t recall where the short tube comes through. Any pictures would help!

This engagement is way too tight! What’s going on here? There is no way this can fit let alone slide. It gets super stuck at 1” in I can barely pull it apart! Any ideas? It’s the plastic clips!
Yes it’s curved. You can see the last picture ears are more flared out making for a more snug fit. I assume that goes to the bottom. The other new one is identical.
