Do a search for 1970 road runner hood insert. They're sold from time to time on here, and often on ebay. AMD used to offer them new but I think they're discontinued.

Yes, completely sure on the MPH speedometers. All of our Chrysler, General Motors, Ford and AMC cars had them. Even my dad's 1975 Chevrolet Malibu back then had MPH, people were putting stick on numbers on dash boards when the 1977 change came along.
Canada had the same instruments as the USA. Our highway signs didn't go metric until Sept 1977.
