Can't help you identify your backlight, but when you say the last number is either 108 or 109, I'd go with 108 which is REGALITE - Newton Upper Falls, MA, USA. The source for 109 is in Belgium.
Interesting, I keep learning stuff. Of course I knew about the springs, but wasn't aware of different hinges. Do they physically interchange? What were the changes, since the cars were pretty similar for those years?
I only ask because almost every place that sells new replacement hinges...
Good luck with sale. Just as a note, these look like the 21 coil springs which are the heavy duty ones for air grabber hoods. Regular used 25 coils. (at least for 1970)

This is interesting. I'd never have thought about an NOS K-Frame. I can just imagine a typical Chrysler dealership parts department back in 1970: shelves full of oil filters, light bulbs, touch-up paint, K-Frames... Yep, better stock up on those K-Frames Bob, they sell like hotcakes...

You know, a lot of people might need a fender, or bumper...you'd likely sell your stuff a lot faster if it was parted out. Might get a few bucks more too.
