1969 A12 had LY rods, a 402 oil pan, no skid plate on the K frame. They had a “low taper” cam and lifters. Whatever that means.

Just depends on how you look at it.
Look at your intake, it is a dual plane and it crosses over. The plenum is divided inside not open. There is a hi side and a low side, just like most foactory intakes. Look at the intake and you can see it will be 2 on each side for right side of the plenum and the same for left side.
