LH is 70-71
the 70-71 RH is he same size as the 67-69, but the heat riser shaft is turned 90 degrees and the bolt holes are positioned differently. So it fits in the car, but not the same headpipe.
Maybe, but doubt the factory would mix the years of manifolds.
the RH manifold you have is 1967-69 and the flange angle changed on the 1979 RH manifold. So an H pipe wouldn’t fit from either year 69 or 70, and a 383 would need two different years of headpipes.
