The brackets I have mount where the power steering pump goes and shouldn’t affect the air grabber set up. It from Bouchilion. I don’t think I spelled it right.
I’m running my champion with the stock fan and shroud. My shroud was already broken but matched up for the most part. Never a cooling issue, with the stock setup and I did try electric fans at first.
It was a stock shroud but would like a price just to see if I can get some extra cash together. I'm moving again by the end of the month so funds are a little tight now. PM me the info.
I bought a new radiator from champion and it bolted right up and used the same hoses. My upper hose is on the left (pass side) and the lower is on the driver side. If that is what you have ask to see hoses for a 67 coronet 440 cid. Hope that helps.
You could possibly have too much oil. that sounds like what mine did when I converted one of my older vehicles, but it could be the heater control cable is not closing the door completely. At 2000 rpm's the low side should be at 40 to 45 psi and I usualy pore water on the condenser at the same...
