Just realized I still haven’t installed the parts I got awhile back. I was making a list of things I need for another project and remembered I needed a bathtub gasket for the intake swap. Thinking I’ll get a carb kit since it sits most of the time and questionable fuel availability.
Might be...
She has a new set of front tires, I went up one size to 215/60/15s. I wanted to raise the front up some. I also got in some parts to try. I want to tune it to drive more. Fun Times to come!
Going to try the duel plane intake and a 3 to 3500 stall. Removing a 4200 stall and single plane intake.
Next time your at the paint store check out Inferno Red and look at the sample in the sun. I think you will like it. I know it was on a 99 Durango but have seen it on later years on others.
I like the Gold on the sample and Red of course but I'm a little biased. My first Coronet was Gold and my current one is Red as you know. What I can say for sure is that whatever color you choose will be enhanced by the prep work you did on the car, It looks great Mike!

That repair panel looks pretty good in the pic. I didn’t know someone made the complete wheel arch section. What part of the door do you need. I used one door skin to fix both of my doors and I thought I kept a full and partial skin when we moved. I also have both wheel wells with the lip...
New project in the engine now. I removed the Edelbrock heads and installed a set of ported 906s with titanium retainers. All back together now and ready for a shake down run.
The green in the can looks good and the top gold color will show off the Coronet lines. My first Coronet, a 66 was harvest gold. It was darker than the ones you have pictured. Can't wait to see your progress. Keep the pics coming.
Thi was the repair that started it all. Here it is finished. I picked up a pair of front arman rests and bases for the front but haven't mounted them yet.
