This was the air cleaner on my November '67 built Charger with a/c.... This is the more common 440-383 1968 & 1969 air cleaner....

Pretty much all the big names carry them; Van's, Year One, Dale's Cuda Shop, etc, and they are cheap enough. However, wherever you order them from, make sure that they have them in stock before you place the order. Low inventory and long lead times are affecting this hobby too.

That's sound advice. A breakdown in the middle of nowhere can cost you more in the long run than having it shipped.

Expect to pay about a grand to 1,300 to purchase the material and have it professionally installed.
