1970 uses a different upper radiator crossbar. Other than that, everything else should be the same.

The heads didn't have them. I only installed them.

I bought the Milodon inserts and installed them in my heads.

My 66 Belvedere II has the same issue, but being an original paint car, it came that way from the factory.

I can certainly vouch for it being much easier.
