    My 68 roadrunner restoration

VHT Flameproof paint in “cast iron” color is as close as I have found to “natural” as cast look. All of VHT’s paints are such high quality and lay down very nice.

1968 Road Runner four speed factory AC project

And this one is an early 68. You couldn’t get the decor package or a hard too early in the production year. They were introduced as a bare bones car. That’s what makes this one so unique having factory AC

    The AMD fairy came today….

    The AMD fairy came today….

I ordered both quarters, a drivers side fender, a passenger side outer rocker, a hood, battery tray, and one rear frame rail about two weeks ago. Everything was in stock except the frame rail and they said it would be here by the first of April. This is for a 68 roadrunner

Cool find today when ripping the carpet out

He is going to look to see if he can find some old pictures of the car but he doesn’t know for sure he has any. He talked about rowing the gears and said he always loved that white shifter ball and how it looked with the two tone blue interior. He asked if I could send him some pictures of it...

Cool find today when ripping the carpet out

I just actually talked to the guy from the check. It’s such a unique name that it made a google search easy and he is here in my own state. He owned the car from 1972-1976 and said he drove the car all over the country while he was in the Air Force. He bought it in North Dakota he said. Pretty...
