Yes, only 3 center caps. There are only 3 usable magnum rims. The 4th was removed using a torch (not by me)

Well, I should have looked at them sooner and much closer. As you can see one has a broken tooth, and the other one shows a lot of wear.

@Nirvana The part number on the fan is 4140063. The clutch, well I could not see a number. It is an Eaton clutch.

Also 14" Road/Magnum wheels (I don't know the difference). One is trash since PO couldn't get lug nut off...so he used a torch comes with 3 center caps. $50
